$50 Million Lawsuit:K. Michelle's Ex Wants Reparations for Defamation on 'Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta'

Memphitz make me wanna throw my pager out the window! Ugh. Why can’t talk of him and K. Michelle just disappear?

One day after Vh1 wrapped ‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’ Mickey ‘Memphitz Wright has announced a lawsuit against Viacom International, Inc., NFGTV Inc., and Mona Scott-Young’s company Monami Entertainment, LLC.

According to a press release from his attorneys, “Wright is suing the named Defendants for approximately one dollar per viewer per show for damages that stem from the defamatory statements and denigrating actions of cast member Kimberly Michelle Pate p/k/a K. Michelle.”

The show snatched approximately 5 million viewers weekly for the 10 original episodes + the 2 reunion shows.

Memphitz claims nobody in the industry wants to work with him since the show has tarnished his name. If there has ever been a time for K. Michelle to pull reciepts out of her purse … umm, now would definitely be the time!

I’m so tired of Memphitz. Why did he wait so long to sue? K. Michelle should’ve been yanked every receipt out of her purse shut him and Toya up.
