In the video above, Jarod McIntosh willingly admits to bringing his cell phone on a restricted U.S. Navy submarine and forgetting to hide it one day. The higher ups eventually found it, checked its contents, and informed him he was being charged bringing his phone with photographic capabilities on the restricted submarine.
Now, he is somehow being discharged though. WHY? Apparently, after finding pictures of McIntosh’s boyfriend in the phone (and y’all KNOW they weren’t PG-13), the bosses throughout the misdemeanor and now they want him OUT completely, citing a “Dont Ask, Dont Tell” policy violation.
This man did not ASK anybody or TELL anybody about his sexual orientation and he didn’t ASK nor TELL anybody to go through his phone!
Do these people have the legal right to do this to this man??
